We send you a mockup showing how your artwork will sit on the product. Nothing is printed until you have approved it.
Lead time on a decorated order is usually about 3 weeks once your mockup is approved — your sales representative will advise you of the actual lead time for your order. A custom color outside our standard palette takes 90–120 days and carries a 360-unit minimum.

No — you can order any product blank. Just choose Blank as the decoration type when you build your order, and there's no artwork, no mockup and no setup fee. Blank orders have a minimum of 24 units on every product, whatever the decorated minimum for that item is. Anything you can see in your catalog is already in stock in our US warehouse, apart from pre-sale items, which are marked as such — so a blank order isn't waiting on a print run. Every product carries its own UPC.
1 Color / 1 Side printing is included in the unit price on our drinkware — no per-unit charge for your logo, at any quantity. A one-time setup fee applies when the artwork is new or the cup size is new, and a business account pays a significantly lower setup fee than a retail order — one of the clearest reasons to open an account. Exact reorders placed within 1 year of your previous order carry no setup fee at all, so your cost per cup keeps falling the longer you run the same design. Upgraded decoration — 1 Color Wrap and 2 Color / 1 Side — and printing on foodware carry a per-unit charge. All decoration is done in-house in the USA. Squeeze-A-Bowl, lids and straws cannot be printed.
